Issues resolved quickly by property management (pests, waterproofing, etc). W/d, dishwasher, mini splits, good closet space.

Noise carried easily between units

Loved living here

Pros

The landlords are super sweet and really responsive. I’m sad to leave the building but am just looking for a bigger place. They were a pleasure to live with

Just really cold during the winter months and the heaters take a lot of electricity, nothing a small area heater from Amazon can’t help fix
