    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Lived here for 3 years. Old management was hard to get ahold of but new management is more professional. Clean place, good central air, nice appliances, great location in a nice neighborhood.
    Cons:
    Walls are incredibly thin, can hear every conversation in the neighboring units and buildings. Water takes a while to get hot.

    Pros:
    Nice rooftop access, they clean the stairs and hallways pretty well, nice space. Fantastic sunlight in bedrooms.
    Cons:
    Management doesn’t respond very quickly, but will respond. I don’t know my landlords name.
