Ok Apartment, Awful Landlord
Pros
backyard is nice to have, location isn't bad, pretty close to L & M trains
Cons
very loud neighbors at all hours, went without hot water multiple times for multiple days, landlord doesn't like to heat the building in the winter and removed the thermostat, multiple leaks in our apartment that would cause us to have to go days without light in the kitchen, landlord illegally kicked us out after we called him out on raising the rent more than the legal amount
Advice to the owners
stop trying to squeeze money out of your tenants every chance you get, be an all around better person, stop acting so "godly" and above everyone, stop lying to your tenants so obviously about every little thing
