    Above average NYC apartment - free laundry

    Pros:
    AMAZING LOCATION
    respectful neighbors(never had an issue with stealing packages or noise)
    responsive superintendent
    FREE in building laundry
    Cons:
    Extremely poor ventilation there was mold due to lack of vents in bathroom.
    Advice to owner:
    better ventilation in the building

    Pros:
    Cute pre-war building
    Super is great and very responsive
    Both the property manager and the landlord are very responsive
    Close to Myrtle/Wyckoff
    Lots of cute shops, restaurants, and Maria Hernandez is about a 15 minute walk
    Cons:
    Laundry room in basement is a bit scary and not the best maintained- there’s always spiders
