    Good for the price

    Pros:
    It's Rent Stabilized, there are rarely any issues, it's a super quick walk to the train, the neighborhood is nice
    Cons:
    No direct access or contact with the landlord, communication with the building manager is not easy to work with, if something does break repairs can take a long time.
    Advice to owner:
    Make it easier to communicate and fix any issues
