Horrifying Rental Experience
Pros
Close to the Subway.
Cons
This was the worst experience of my entire life. We had a leak that wasn't taken care of for months. The insulation was non-existent and the heating was only from split ACs. Our electricity bill in the winter months was over $400. At some point the pipes burst, the ceiling fell and the hallway was flooded. To top it all off, someone broke into my room and robbed me in my last month there. The landlord was horrible and not once showed up in person.
Advice to the owners
Find something else to do.
