Rent stabilized is always good but at what cost??
Mold behind the walls and wallpaper and closets. PILES of mouse poop in the closets and ceiling panels. Roach bodies everywhere. The doorknob of the main door was tied on with rope. I filed a 311 complaint and the landlord told me to cancel the report or else I wouldn’t get my security deposit back.
