    i liked that the unit was rent stabilized and that there is laundry in the basement
    Cons:
    roaches started to be more common
    Advice to owner:
    make sure the hallways are clean and spay the entire building for bugs

    Nice location, cute apartments, central air, great rooftop view
    Cons:
    Landlords don’t respond to requests, never got my security deposit back, when I finally got someone on the phone they were so rude
