    Fine if you're on a budget. Ridgewood is nice.

    Pros:
    Cheap, good neighborhood, nice neighbors. Lots of grocery stores and good stores nearby.
    Cons:
    rats, roaches, cheap appliances, loud train noise.
    Advice to owner:
    Make some updates to the apartments.

    It’s fine, owner acts like he’s never heard of covid

    rodents and roaches, super comes irregularly, hot as hell in the winter.

    rents too high, read the market
