RATS - AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Pros:
That I got to move out.
Cons:
My walls were filled with rats, rats coming into the kitchen, bringing food INTO my house, my heat did not work, gas did not work, for 3 months. Tried to force us to stay in the lease even after proving the rat problem and had an exterminator come three times but still rats everywhere. Only got out of lease by banding together with entire building and lawyers. Avoid at all costs.
Advice to owner:
Stop being the worst.
