The landlord kept the building in relatively good condition and would mostly fix things when you called him.
Cons:
I’m pretty sure this dude has a personality disorder. It was like dealing with your alcoholic uncle with rage problems but he’s also an ex IDF officer. Also the type of landlord who’s totally in your business, needs to collect the rent in person, etc. wouldn’t get the proper pest management so we had an ongoing cockroach infestation. ALSO no one can sleep in the front room because the bar across the street plays unbelievably loud techno 4 nights a week. I would never move back or recommend this place.
