Beautiful unit, but landlord raised rent too high
Pros
-Spacious -Quiet for being on ground floor -Conveniently located near M and L trains -Cute neighborhood with good food
Cons
-Landlord had terrible communication. He would arrive unannounced at odd times (past 10pm) after I’d notify him that something was broken. He was rude. -Landlord raised rent by $500 when it came time to renew. -It was very cold during the winter, and when I brought it up to the landlord, he insisted there were no issues with the heat. -There is a group of men who hang out in front of the back garage throughout the day, which was noisy from the ground floor.
