    Overpriced too small

    Pros:
    I liked the intercom system and laundry and basement room. Roof was also great
    Cons:
    Utility issues, things in apartment were falling apart

    High ceilings, lots of light, roof access, recently renovated, huge bathtub!
    Cons:
    Pretty narrow apartment
    Advice to owner:
    I had a great experience living at 1977, thank you!
