cute apartment with some issues

Pros:
The sunlight is the best!! Washer dryer and dishwasher in unit for the best price you’ll find. Understanding and accommodating landlord
Cons:
The hallway and stairs are quite dirty, mail is stolen often since the delivery person has no access unless you’re home to buzz them in, washer dryer can only handle small loads and breaks often, some water damage and pest proble
Advice to owner:
More proactive maintainence of washer/dryer, better pest control, give mail delivery access to first door and lock second door so mail is less likely to be stolen
