    Not the best building in the neighborhood
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Mostly quiet neighbors and no infrastructure issues
    Cons:
    Landlord is unresponsive to requests of fixing basic needs such as screens in windows
    Advice to owner:
    To take better care of units with children in it
