You get what you pay for
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good size for price. The units on the second floor have lots of windows and nice light. (First floor unit is very dark)
Cons:
When things break (they will) they will never be fixed properly. Big problems with rodents which you can hear in the walls and have come into the apartment. Older building that is not at all sound proof, so there is constant loud street noise. The heat works well which is nice for winter, but its somehow on in the summertime as well. The main door is constantly unlocked. No package room = constant lost mail. Landlords are nice and “responsive” but there is no follow through and no care to properly maintain the building.
Advice to owner:
Take care of the building!!!
