Great Apartment Building, Terrible Neighbors

Pros

Great landlord, very attentive. Apartment is in good condition and clean, no pests

Cons

The neighbors at 19-15 Palmetto St were super loud all the time, partying during COVID lockdowns. The building management company that owns 19-15 Palmetto St illegally wired air conditioning units that cause an electric fire that caused damage to this apartment but luckily no injury.
