    Classic terrible landlord
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Great location, excellent light, no serious noise.
    Cons:
    The previous landlord refused to take action and fix the amenities, the building's crumbling structure, or address continuous pest issues. New owner wants to increase rent by $1000. Neither is responsive
    Advice to owner:
    Don't buy out tenants to gentrify our neighborhood. Be a decent person.
