Watch out for the landlord

The trains are close
Cons:
The building was nice on my first impression, when I moved in I started having issues with hot water, then I had issues with mold. When I contacted the landlord he wouldn't answer calls at first, then he started getting aggressive. He even insulted me for no reason, allegedly I was harassing him but all I wanted was a warm shower. With a rent costing you $2,000 a month you should be able to take a warm shower, no?

Roaches and mice, the landlord was unresponsive to the issue. I started living with a friend and will be moving out shortly
