pretty good apt and landlord for nyc standards
Pros
-rent is low -apartment is spacious -management is responsive -was cleaned and painted when we moved in -hallways are cleaned every week
Cons
-raised rent during covid but our rent is so good it wasn’t worth it to challenge -lots of cockroaches- even more when they started renovating upstairs -upstairs tenant had an illegal washer dryer that cause major water damage issues in our apartment - apt did not come with refrigerator and we have to remove it when we leave or we will be charged
Advice to the owners
get the cockroach problem under control. it’s disgusting
