Pleasant home with great amenities for price

Pros:
Just one other apartment. Laundry and roof are amazing for price.
Cons:
Management is sometimes nasty when you make a request. Took a while to get sprayed for roaches (only saw two). The deli employees sometimes smoke in the basement which smells. We asked to keep garbage cans outside and were denied so sometimes the hallway stinks.
