Current management is terrible

Pros:
- Close to subway
- furnished
- quiet neighborhood
- close to a lot of businesses
Cons:
- property managers are unresponsive
- people living in this building have little regard for quiet hours.
- “no smoking” policy is ignored by everyone
- appliances are cheap and break very often.
- owners take forever to fix issues
- cheap quality furnishing
- common area has no restrictions so basically turns into a no man’s land during weekends.
Advice to owner:
Chances are owners will never read this based on what I could gather by living here. But I would suggest putting AT LEAST some effort. I am one of many who will start a lawsuit.
