    Pros:
    The neighborhood is so quiet.
    Cons:
    Nice everywhere. I must’ve killed about 7 in a 3 month period. IN the apartment. You’d hear them in the walls. Landlord seems nice but she will come for your deposit so take pictures if everything/document.
