    Very dirty common areas and hallways

    Pros:
    Good Apartment size
    Cons:
    It is very dirty and not being cleaned regularly. The garbage is in the laundry room, is being taken out early and placed against the building, attracting rodents and roaches and smelling horribly. Any necessary fixing is being done by unprofessionals and of a very very low quality.
