Not worth the money
Pros
The neighbors are lovely.
Cons
Not well managed. Dirty and falling apart. Landlord is aware of issues and does not fix them, he requires sending rent checks via mail and does not cash them regularly. Peeling paint, crumbling drywall, exposed nails and rickety stairs in common area. Warped walls, floors and ceilings from water damage. Plumbing problems, heating problems, mice, bugs, and broken windows. Pretty sure the building gave me mold poisoning.
