Easy to get approved Paystubs, but no credit check Market rate rooms
Cons
The people here are barely vetted before they become your roommates. There are over 12 bedrooms in a 2 family building, some of the occupants were clinically insane, and the owners just sort of brush everything off. If you can put up with a little bit of madness then this place is ok
Advice to the owners
Take things a little bit more seriously when dealing with the lives of other people
