The super is prompt, kind, and very handy. Never had a better one! Tenant groupchat for any issues that arise Washer/dryer has no issues. Dishwasher works great too. Gut renovated in last 4 years. Lots of natural light on R side Big Closets.
Cons:
One-way street with a bus and lots of double parking, expect periods of honking. Windows aren't well installed - noise and draft gets through. Packages are sometimes stolen - front door is not the most secure. Steep rent price for area, compounded by electric heating and poor envelope (coned bills are high) Roof access technically not allowed Some units have significant flooding/roof leaks during storms. Check for water damage.
