cheap, but you get what you pay for
Former Tenant
Pros:
It's genuinely not bad. Laundry in building has always worked. Heating and cooling always works.
Cons:
You hear everything from all the neighbors, there's no sound insulation. Pest management used to be bad but now has been handled. Occasional roaches. No rats (anymore). The front door handle regularly breaks.

Former Tenant
Pros:
Renovated appartments with central air!
Cons:
The door code never changes and it's easy for people to take your packages. Management is extremely difficult to contact unless you flood their email. Oven didn't work the entire time I lived there. Saw a few cockroaches every now and again that I think came up from the laundry room. Getting security back was long and drawn out because management was slow to respond.
Advice to owner:
Change the door code quarterly because this code does not change and gets passed along. Get a door with a better lock and one that people cant see packages inside from the street.
