Roaches, awful neighbors and terrible building management

I want to start this by saying I’ve never written a negative review apartment building review before but I’ve had such a negative experience I feel the need to warn others. STAY AWAY FROM 17-11 HANCOCK!!! - Awful landlord, who doesn’t care at all about their tenants. - Awful neighbors… Screaming, smoking, fighting, people getting arrested. - Insane facility mismanagement… the garbage area was designed so that when it rains there’s a lake sized puddle making the garbage bins inaccessible. Trash everywhere, piled up blocking the entry doors. HUGE RAT PROBLEM. - Roach infestation. - Dirty hallways and lobby.
Advice to the owners
Sell your property to someone who will respect tenants!
