Dirty and unkept

Pros:
Close to public transport, neighbors are nice and keep to themselves.
Cons:
Very dirty building, not really well kept. Roaches and mice are insane. The alleyway attached to the building has rats
Advice to owner:
Get better cleaning services

But they always asking for the rent payment!!!
