Great Landlord
Pros
The building is old, but the landlords really put in an effort to keep it clean. Landlords are very attentive, they want their tenants to feel like family. I was very sad to have to leave (pandemic made my situation change). The landlord would come by often and give us food that she made or just ask us how everything is going. Very lenient on rent payment time, and very understanding; especially given the economic hit because of the pandemic. Highly recommend!
Cons
The building could use a little more maintenance. Some neighbors are obnoxiously loud.
Advice to the owners
Have none, really sad to not get to stay.
