    Greatest Landlords untill they weren't any longer

    Pros:
    After the first 5 years. And the husband and wife landlord team no longer appreciated all of our investments and began the transformation into the landlords from hell. After being chased twice with a machete it was entir egg ly up to us to break iiiii
    Cons:
    Everything that involved t h he husband a man who would question why you would be coming in and out of his house at all times of the day and night. He would hear us leaving the apartment and run across his apartment to stop at the top of the stairs yelling at you to stop selling drugs in his house. He also told neighbors this as well as he was having a sexual affair with the gypsy lady from next door .
    Advice to owner:
    Do not allow your mentally challenged husband to be a part of the day to day operations of home ownership
