No privacy.

Pros:
Location and neighbors.
Cons:
No privacy. The owner wants extra money for everything. Someone is your apartment? Need extra money for water. Someone in your house for more than 14 days? $150. Per person including grandkids so forget having the kids over. Also kids must be asleep in your apartment by 9pm regardless of day. Oh and you can’t be up walking around making noise before 9:30am. You will be texted regardless of holiday if owner has something to say. No peace and no privacy. Oh and forget about parking. Will go through your garage and recycling. Also you will have to force the LL to return the security deposit.
Advice to owner:
Learn boundaries and refrain from constantly saying it’s nothing personal. It’s just business.
