    Pros:
    Landlord addressed issue.
    Cons:
    Landlord open the door without me being in the apartment, and went through all rooms with Pest control person without previous notice; witch I think is not correct.
    Advice to owner:
    Always be responsive to your tenants concerns, not just ignored them for months
