Beautiful building, giant unit, scenic neighborhood
Landlord is adversarial, incompetent and unprofessional - prepare to hire your own plumber, wait weeks for heating to be fixed, and to not get your deposit back. Sometimes the owner sleeps in the basement, which kinda weirds everyone out
