Decent Old-Fashioned Ridgewood Building in Need of Some Updating
Former Tenant
Pros:
Quiet, Decently Clean, Quaint
Cons:
Small Hallways, Certain Areas are Lacking in Maintenance, Hallways Need Some Sort of Surveillance
Advice to owner:
Keep communication open with tenants, install cameras of some sort in hallways, update building and areas of building that are deteriorating. Also, can use some more sanitizing and cleaning procedures post-COVID.
