Sweet but infested...
Former Tenant
Pros:
The apartment on the second floor is spacious, and the neighbors are wonderful. Location is great!
Cons:
The funny thing about this place is that the landlord lives in the building and has fixed every problem EXCEPT for the huge roach infestation that had been festering for more than a year. The drawers and cabinets were lined with roach droppings - it was a roach cemetery, if you will. The landlord did nothing about it but buy generic drug store products to get rid of them (like Raid and Hot Shot). They stopped responding and ignored me along with the roaches. When I hired an exterminator and paid him with a portion of the rent, they threatened to kick me out! Renters be warned! This will be a longterm issue unless they renovate the kitchen.
Advice to owner:
FIX THE ROACH INFESTATION.
