Rent Stabilized Apartment In RIdgewood
Former Tenant
Pros:
I loved the price when- when I lived there it was only 1800 for a four bedroom. The super was great, super nice and responsive. It was also a great street. The laundromat was a few steps away from the building and there were awesome grocery stores and cafes around the corner
Cons:
There was an apartment that smoked a lot and it wafted into my unit. There was a mice issues a couple times.
Advice to owner:
There are new owners since I moved out so I dont have any suggestions.
