Quiet neighborhood - good but obnoxious landlord
Pros
The apartments are wide with train style layout. The landlord is very present and pretty responsive to communication.
Cons
The landlord is very anxious when it comes to garbage collectors. He would always go through the garbage and send random texts to question you.
Advice to the owners
May be reviewing good tenancy guidelines once/quarter is better than annoying tenants with phone calls during working hours...etc.
