Standard renovated Queens two level, loudest neighbors I have ever experienced

Pros:
Shared laundry, nice backyard, big basement, great location, quietest neighborhood in nyc
Cons:
No windows except in front and back bedrooms, tiny bedrooms, AC has broken multiple times, big roaches in basement (not a problem, just random ones), and the absolute loudest person I have ever heard shares the basement with me and is a "DJ" who insists on playing music out of commercial grade amps like she is playing for Forest Hill Stadium. Absolutely disrespectful and miserable person
