    Great New Apartment
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    - Incredibly clean
    - No bugs or rodents
    - Super is very fast about responding
    - Brand new appliances!
    - Really great deal for the price
    - VERY good insulation in the winter, helps with electric bill
    Cons:
    - Far from Manhattan (which is a bit of a given, but the LIRR makes it not that bad of a trip)
    - The gym is a bit small and only has a bench, two treadmills, and ellipticals.
    - Washer/Dryers are often broken, but hasn't been too big of a problem for me.
