Review Summary for 34-15 Parsons Boulevard
Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent reviews for 34-15 Parsons Boulevard highlight a mixed living experience. Tenants appreciate the building's spacious units, convenient location near MTA transport, and quiet neighborhood setting. However, persistent pest problems, especially roaches and rodents, are a major concern. Cleanliness and garbage management are often rated poorly, with reports of dirty elevators, trash buildup, and inadequate porter staffing. Noise from neighbors and poor management responsiveness also detract from the living experience. Heating and water pressure are generally satisfactory, but non-responsive management and maintenance delays frustrate residents. While some still recommend the building, improvements in pest control, cleanliness, and management communication are strongly advised.

Make the roaches disappear
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location, relatively quiet neighborhood, easy to access MTA transport into the city.
Cons:
Roaches! They do have a company that comes twice a month to provide pest control, but you have to be home. Working a Monday-Friday it’s kinda hard to just leave or not go into work to wait all day for pest control to come.
I’ve emailed management & the super about some things that need to be addressed in my unit, it’s been almost 3 months now and NO RESPONSE!
Advice to owner:
Respond to your tenets when we call/email/text. Tent the building, the roach issue is NOT normal.

Room is nice and spacious.
Cons:
Garbage is a mess. Chuetes dont work. Pets are filty. Rats and rodents every week. Elevator is disgusting. Never cleaned. Water leak in the lobby
Advice to owner:
Clean your elevator. Get a more responsive super
