Little building maintenance, avoids complains
Former Tenant
Pros:
It’s in a very convenient location.
Cons:
It’s very old, and most of the building needs maintenance. We were given the apartment very dirty, the outlets are very old, we had a new born but he didn’t care, we needed to change all of that with our own money. To many rats mice and roaches in the whole building and in this parking lot. Heaters broken Lights that don’t turn on He rented us a two bedroom apartment but my husband was actually the one who had to build the second bedroom. The apartment was given to us in really unsanitary conditions. My husband had to pay the whole apartment because the paints was coming off the walls amd he had to do it with the his own money. The oven and the stove didn’t even work We do not have hot water in our bathroom sink If you ask him to fix something he does it after 6 months or just ignore your petition.
Advice to owner:
Whatever is not working in the building just change it, is such a pain to have to call you each time because a lot of things in the apartment do not work. Try to be for responsable with your tenants and cleans and disinfect the apartments before you rent them.
