Horrible building & mgmt
Former Tenant
Pros:
Tenants are caring and look out for each other
Cons:
- building MGMT is unresponsive
- building is falling apart
- rodants and roaches everywhere
- building is not cleaned
- elevator is broken all the time and is hazardous with people getting stuck
- apartments are delapadated
Advice to owner:
Fix and properly care for the property, tenants and adhere to NYC housing laws.
