Bad management and roaches

Pros

High ceilings and multiple washer dryers in the (roach infested) basement

Cons

The entire building is infested and they don't do anything. Maintenance is decent, but you have to go through the property management to access the maintenance and they're horrible. Non-responsive and won't do emails for paper trails about complaints.

Advice to the owners

Fix the roach problem. Have your exterminators do more than a ding-dong-ditch so people can actually get to the door and get them to spray the aparrment.

cheap rent but tons of roaches

cheap rent + access to good food + quiet neighbors

Cons

there were so many roaches!! i tried everything ot get rid of them and management does not do much to help.
