Commuters dream location

Pros:
Quiet, elevator, garbage disposal on floor, laundry in basement
Cons:
Roaches, slow response to issues in apartment, lived there for almost 2 years and never got a parking spot in garage. Rent is $2000 for 1 bedroom with no amenities and unresolved issues No parking
