Renters approve of the building's owners
Updated and regulated the garage. Near a decent amount of bus stops.
New owner paid cash and kicked the residing families out that had lived there for a very long time. Redid apartments while people were still living there as their lease was not up yet. Not near trains. New rent price was not worth it.
Price is not worth the apartment plus extra for the garage and parking space. Include space in price.
