Young couples stay away
Former Tenant
Pros:
Clean, spacious 2 bedroom with an outdoor patio. Very reasonable price and such a nice area. Super close to Alley Pond and 15/20 min walk to bars and restaurants on Bell Blvd.
Cons:
Landlords are stubborn and above age 80. They told us upon leasing that we weren’t allowed to make noise passed 11pm even on weekends. We asked if they could hear us downstairs and they said no, yet complained each time we had people over stating they could hear us. If you like to have friends over at all then stay away. We tip toed around the entire year we lived there, it was not peaceful whatsoever.
Advice to owner:
Get to know your tenants before leasing to them. Ensure you know their lifestyle before making a year commitment.
