not a whole lot of communication going on, they don’t pay their staff enough and there is only one person to fix everything

maybe treat the people who maintain the building better

Good location, cheap-ish rent compared to others
Cons
Building is not secure, despite having doormen present. Several exterior doors are unlocked and anyone can access the building at any time. They currently have a problem with someone sneaking in from 12-4am with a mailbox master key taking everyone’s mail. Minimal security cameras and dark hallways. My floor was very smelly. Outdated plumbing, and you need your own appliances.
Advice to the owners
Maintain the building.
