Sewage Leaks & Sexist Landlord

Pros:
- good space
- nice kitchen
-street parking
- nice neighborhood
Cons:
-basement floods with sewage monthly
-landlord asked female tenants about their periods
-landlord will harass tenants and call them "liars, bitches" etc.
-upstairs neighbors can be heard
-walls are paper thin
-roaches in the kitchen and bathrooms
-toilet broke and landlord would not fix it
-landlord uses uncertified plumbers, contractors etc.
Advice to owner:
Redo the plumbing, don't intimidation tactics against your tenants and sell the apartment.
